About Us

2 Wild Souls Meadery is located on a rise above the New England Tablelands southwest of Tenterfield NSW Australia.

At an altitude of 1,100 metres, the area benefits of a four seasons climate with a cool winter and mild summers. The soil types of granite and meta sediments, soft loamy soils and granite formations offer a great variety of native timbers and honey.

The local ecology is well suited for grazing but not farming. The chemical presence in the landscape is nil, the honey used is produced by native timbers in a chemical free environment.

Our property carries yellow box, messmate, white stringy and mountain gum.

Our water supply is from our very own spring; pure water filtered through the granite.

Cellar door is open to the public, STRICTLY by appointment only.
