About Us

Radio 2CBD is a community radio station which broadcasts to the Glen Innes and Deepwater regions.

Deepwater and Districts Community FM Radio Inc. operate studios and administration at Glen Innes with transmission equipment located at Glen Innes and Deepwater. 2CBD is a volunteer organisation incorporated in April 1997 for the purpose of providing a community radio within the Glen Innes district.

2CBD operates on a non-profit basis.  Around 40 volunteers carry out the many functions of operating the studios and administrative functions.

One of the components within the 2CBD Charter, is the provision of cost effective promotions for the businesses locally and further afield.
